Gabcast

A gabcast is basically a form of podcast that accessed through telephone using VOIP service. Gabcast allows you to update your posts by phone while directly connecting it to a website where your service is located. This allows users to do anything from give interviews or just leave greetings. Before this assignment I had no prior knowledge of gabcasts or even podcasts for that matter, however, I did do research and learn quite a bit. One tip I would give is that is does cost about $.1o/minute extra to have this service.

Hmm... I think I got it?

Well, Hello! If you can't tell by my title, my name is Britney Biggerstaff. I am a sophomore at IUPUI and am new to the elementary education program here and I am loving every minute of it! Before that, my major was secondary social studies education until I realized that wasn't for me. I work and go to school full time so my life is very hectic but I wouldn't change it for the world. This class is slowly but surely making me realize how little I know about technology, I'm still not sure if I'm even doing this right :/. I have never blogged before but this is definitely an experience to learn from. I'm still having trouble figuring out how to post different items, the only advice I can give anyone is to find a friend that blogs regularly and ask them for help.
